Q: How do I navigate an AZHome360.com tour?
A: To navigate through a tour, choose the room you want to see from the drop down menu. Then using the navigation bar under the tour, you can turn, pause, start, zoom, pan and tilt. The simpler way of viewing around the room, is to single-click on the tour and drag in the direction you want to view.
Q: Will an AZHOME360.com tour work on my computer?
A: Yes, as long as you have Java installed and are using at least IE 4 or Netscape 4 or above.
Q: What if I don't have Java installed on my computer?
A: You can click here and choose to install Java on your computer.
Q: I connect to the internet through AOL. Will I be able to view a tour?
A: Some versions of AOL work with virtual tours and some do not. If the version that you are using does not work, may we suggest using a different browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
Q: What is the field of view of an AZHome360.com tour?
A: The field of view (FOV) is a full 360 degree horizontal FOV and up to 115 degree vertical FOV.
Q: How do I order a tour?
A: E-mail, Fax, or Call us. We will be happy to answer any questions and take your order.
Q: When do I pay for the tour?
A: Payment is expected when the tour is ordered. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover which are processed securely through Verisign. In order for you to receive a receipt, make sure we have your correct e-mail address. If payment is by personal check or cash, payment in full is due when the photographer arrives.
Q: When will the photographer contact me?
A: The photographer will contact you within 24 hours or the next business day from when the tour is ordered to schedule the photo shoot. Often, we can schedule at the time the tour is ordered.
Q: Is there a charge to cancel my appointment?
A: There is no charge to cancel the appointment as long as it is done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the photo shoot, there are several options.
1. Credit for that tour can be applied toward another tour within 60 days at no additional charge. There would however be a cancellation fee($25) charged if refund is requested. or
2. If refund is requested with less than 24 hrs. before scheduled appointment, and individual opts not to use it for another tour, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
Q: What do I need to do before the photographer arrives?
A: There are some simple things that can be done to bring out the best features of a home. The most basic of which is cleanliness. Please review our page on Preparing Your Home for ideas that will help stage and showcase the home.
Q: Do I need to be there while the photographer is taking pictures?
A: In an ideal world the homeowner or Realtor® would be present at the time of the photo shoot. Our photographers strive to be flexible to accommodate most schedules. However, if a representative is not available and access to the property is previously arranged, the tour can be shot. In this instance, tour locations and focus are at the discretion of the photographer.
Q: How long does it take for a photo shoot?
A: Most homes can be shot in a 20 -50 minutes, depending on features and focus. Some homes may take longer.
Q: How long does it take for a tour to be posted?
A: After the home is photographed, the tour will be created and posted by the end of the next business day.
Q: How do I know when the tour is posted?
A: Provided we have the correct e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that the tour is available as well as providing you a link to the tour. Please view the tour at the time you receive the e-mail and make sure that all information is correct.
Q: How long is the tour posted on the internet?
A: Tours are posted online for one year without any additional cost. However, when the home is sold some Realtors® choose to have the tour removed.
Q: Who retains the rights to the tours that are created?
A: AZHome360.com retains all rights to the photography and tours created. However, we are glad to provide you with the photos to use on brochures and marketing materials.
Q: Are you affiliated with the MLS?
A: No, but our tours are MLS Compliant. Since we are not affiliated with MLS, we have no timely way of knowing when there are changes to a listing, such as a sale. It is the responsibility of the Realtor® to communicate that information to us. We are not responsible for problems arising from the use of MLS.
Q: What happens if the home is listed through MLS and the listing # changes?
A: The tour # can be updated to reflect the new MLS number. While other companies may charge for this, we offer this as a courtesy to our appreciated Realtors®. Please do let us know of any changes in a timely manner.
Q: How do I link the tour to MLS and other company or personal web pages?
A: If we are provided with the correct listing # and log-in information, we can link the tour to many of these web sites. Otherwise, we provide the link to you or your designated web site administrator to add the link.

A: We are currently an affiliate of SEVRAR.
